1. Visitor Management

Purpose:

To add and track visitor entries securely within the society.

Details:

• Add visitor entry by entering:
  • Visitor name
  • Contact number
  • Vehicle number (if available)
  • Date of visit
  • Entry time
  • Exit time
  • Block & house/flat number
  • Purpose of visit

• View and manage daily visitor records

• Ensure accurate visitor entry and exit tracking

2. Maintenance

Purpose:

To manage maintenance work assigned by the admin.

Details:

• View maintenance tasks assigned by admin

• Update task status:
  • Pending
  • In Progress
  • Completed

• Add task completion updates
